marcas tradicionais a novas, produtos já bem
implementados a outros que estão agora a ser
lançados. É o caso da Azores Brewing Company,
fundada em 2024 pelo casal Edmundo Estrela, um
micaelense que aos 12 anos foi viver para o Cana-
dá, e a canadiana Tara McLean, uma das únicas
mestre cervejeiras na Europa. O casal mudou-se
para São Miguel em 2016, e seis anos depois de
testar e refinar receitas para chegar aos produtos
que pretendiam, abriram a cervejeira artesanal
Azores Brewing Company no Parque Industrial
da Ribeira Grande.
