1. Overview of Role

Are you passionate about serving people and looking for a role that blends customer interaction with hands-on production work? Our brewery is hiring a team member to work in our taproom, serving our guests, and in the brewery assisting with production tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn more about brewing, get experience in multiple facets of the brewery, and be part of a dedicated, beer-loving team!

2. Responsibilities

• Taproom Service: Serve customers in the taproom, provide beer recommendations, handle transactions, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

• Production Support: Assist with brewing tasks, such as preparing ingredients, bottling, cleaning equipment, and moving kegs.

• Maintenance: Keep the taproom and brewery clean, organized, and safe for all staff and guests.

• Other Duties as Assigned: Jump in on various tasks as they arise, whether it’s helping with events, stocking supplies, or assisting with packaging.

3. Key Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for serving people well.

• Previous experience in customer service (experience in bars or taprooms is a plus).

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (kegs, supplies) safely.

• Strong communication and people skills; team-oriented with a flexible attitude.

• Understanding of (or willingness to learn) safe practices in both the taproom and production areas.

• Speak Portuguese and English.

• Driver's license
